Outdoor group and personal training

1 Life Fitness runs a range of Outdoor group boxing classes, boot camps, and 1:1 or 2:1 PT sessions focusing on Core Functional strength training, based in and around the 2508 area or available to come to you if you are in the Sydney areas.

You can come along and join in a group fitness session in our select locations or we can give you a personal fitness program including health and fitness assessments and personal programs.

The core aim of Functional Training is to increase and improve you general functional strength and physical fitness so you can continue and even improve on doing those daily activities that we have to do and can sometimes be restricted with.  Like, carrying those heavy shopping bags!  Running round after the kids!  Chasing after the dog on who is chasing another dog down the beach!  Getting the pen you just dropped from under the desk without struggling to breath or cramping your back!  We can help you maintain your health and ensure you reduce the risk of some of the major life threatening illness that can side hook us from nowhere.

We accommodate all ages and fitness levels be it that you train with us in a group or on your own.

Work hard, Play hard and Train hard….

Personal Training
One on one outdoors or at your home is available.  You can team up with a buddy and share the cost of the session…..

Private Groups
Put your own small group together, 4 minimum required and make it your new social get together!

Running Crew
1 Life Fitness Run Crew meet once a week for training and we do one long run a week.  We are currenlty training for the the City to Surf.  We are taking a team to participate in the Great Wall of China Half Marathon May 2013 contact us to register a place.  We train for fun, fitness and running events both competative and fun runs.

Event Training
Calling Weekend Warriors, Tough Mudders, and alike, need just 6-8 weeks of pre-event training….contact us to help you to get fit ready and have the most fun participating!

We use the latest total body functional training techniques and equipment including Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Training, ViPer Function Training, Ropes and Water and Power Bags.
