Hi, I’m Julie, i’m 33 and live in Mosman. I’ve been a chef for 15 years and a fitness trainer for 5 years. I train outdoors primarily using boxercise as well as fun strength & cardio combinations.
I like to provide dietary advice and combine diet and exercise to help you achieve your goals.
I also provide menu planning and cooking assistance with my nutrition information giving clients a wholistic approach to improving their health.

One on one attention looking at all aspects of your health. Personal attention especially for those with special needs due to injury or fitness levels. And a good mixture of boxing, strength, core and cardio.
