My name is Ruth and I have been running PT Taylored for 18 months now.

I love helping my clients lose weight, get fit and look fantastic. I am constantly amazed at their dedication and new found passion for fitness. With a bit of motivation from me the results you can achieve are inspiring.

I like to mix up training sessions so you don’t do the same things week after week. Combining strength with cardio maximises your training sessions, I also add in boxing, pilates and even some yoga. It all helps to keep you motivated and focused on achieving your goals.
