Apart from the endless health benefits of fitness, having a personal trainer can provide you with an enormous advantage in achieving your health goals.

We all know how hard it can be to motivate yourself to go to the gym. Busy work schedules, family commitments and warm cosy beds can very quickly take priority over your fitness regime.

Even if you can find the time to go for a run or lift some weights, you may find that you aren’t reaching your targets no matter how hard you try.

“There I was, tired, over weight and a little down on myself. I knew I needed a change. I was tired of hitting the gym and not progressing. I looked across at the window and saw an SFG brochure. I thought why not give it a go. I got assesed and the next time I was introduced to the suited trainer- Chris Sereno.

The workouts were rigorous and each time he changed things up to always keep me on my toes. Gym work, outdoor training, swimming, boxing and overall cardio fitness. I love it, but don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t easy – but I wasn’t there, not to get results!! Chris always knew my limitations and kept strengthening my weaknesses while balancing out my strengths. He taught me skills to help maintain the progress I had made.
