    I’ve been training with Yvonne for 7 months (after changing from another outdoor training group) and my fitness is the best it has ever been, and it continues to improve.
    Yvonne is a great trainer who provides support and motivation to all her members, but the most important thing is that she makes all her sessions fun (regardless of how hard you’re working!)

    8 months ago I was not a runner and my fitness was ok. But after training with Yvonne during the last 8 months my fitness and endurance has improved dramatically. I recently ran, for the 1st time, the City to Surf and the half marathon, without even stopping to walk! I would not have been able to this (or even entered either race)8 months ago.

    Yvonne makes each session excting and different and is always ecouraging you.

    If I could go to every training session I would. I am so glad I joined up. Yvonne is just AWESOME!

    I’ve been training with Yvonne since May 2009. I have always been active but when I first started with Yvonne I was 43 and 20kg overweight due to an under active thyroid. I couldn’t run very far and I just wasn’t enjoying the local gym.

    Now my thyroid is under control, I have lost the weight, can run over 12kms, have done a number of fun runs and have never been fitter. I absolutely love the training, love the people I train with and can’t thank Yvonne and those that I train with enough for their encouragement and support.
